Change to the Supervisory Board
Hucke AG: Mr Konrad Jud (Dipl.-Kfm.) elected as new Chairman of the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of Hucke AG has resolved to appoint the management con-sultant Mr Konrad Jud (Dipl.-Kfm.) as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Mr Hansjörg Thomas, formerly the Chairman of this body, has left the Supervisory Board for health reasons. Mr Jud has thus been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board following a resolution by Bad Oeynhausen district court pursuant to Article 104 of the German Stock Corporation Act.
Mr Jud has gained many years of experience in various management positions in the clothing industry. His previous appointments include the positions as CEO of Bäumler AG, Ingolstadt, member of the Managing Board at Hugo Boss AG, Metzingen and as Managing Director at Windsor in Bielefeld.
